CANCELLATION / EXCHANGES
We understand that you may wish to cancel a purchase or change your mind on the choice of product.
To cancel, just email our customer support at email@example.com with your name and order number on the same day that you have made the purchase. All communication after this point may be too late as we aim to dispatch all products within the first 24 hours of having received your order. However, do let us know via email of any concerns as we aim to help in all circumstances.
If you would like to exchange for a different product, please email our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and the product you have purchased that you would prefer to exchange for an alternative on our site. We will make sure to send the alternative option no later than 5 days after we have received your exchange.
REFUNDS APPLICABLE TO ALL PRODUCTS
Although we aim to deliver only the highest quality product, we are happy to process a return for the following reasons:
- The item delivered was not as described
- Item/s were damaged upon arrival
- Changed your mind after delivery
To return, please process your request at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the product/s (according to the delivery date provided to us by the courier company). All refunds will be permitted as long as unused and in their original packaging.
If for any reason the product is returned in a different condition to the one that left our premises, we may make a reduction from your refund due to the loss in value of the goods as a result.
All refunds will be reimbursed to the form of payment that was used to purchase the goods. Please leave 5 days after we have received the refunded items to reimburse your payment method.
We take pride in every element of our service and endeavour to deliver products in perfect condition. If for any reason your item has arrived damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Within your email, you must include:
- Order number
- Description of the product and its damage
- Clear photos of the damage
- Photos of the parcel that contained the product
- If you would prefer a refund or replacement
It is essential that we receive all details of the return above to process your request as quickly as possible. Once we have received all of this information our customer support can either send a replacement or a refund within 5 days. Please make sure to state in your email which option you would prefer.
All refunds will be reimbursed to the form of payment that was used to purchase the goods.
REFUNDS APPLICABLE TO BATH BOMBS ONLY
As the element of surprise is what, we think, makes our bath bombs special we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund on rings unless faulty.
