Pearlessence uses several sub-processors to assist in providing our services. A sub-processor is a third party data processor engaged by Pearlessence who agrees to receive personal data from Pearlessence intended for processing activities to be carried out as per outlined below:
- on behalf of Pearlessence’s customers;
- in accordance with the terms of a written contract between Pearlessence and the sub-processor; and
- in accordance with customer instructions as communicated by Pearlessence.
